Terms of use

Bobi is an information service. I help you find and compare cars listed by third-party dealers. I don't sell vehicles myself, and I'm not party to any transaction between you and a dealer.

Listing data comes from the dealer. I check what I can, but you should always verify price, mileage, condition, and history with the seller before you commit money. The AI replies are generated — they can be wrong. Treat them as a starting point, not advice.

Don't scrape, hammer, or reverse-engineer the site. Don't use it to harass dealers or other users. I rate-limit abuse-prone endpoints and reserve the right to block clearly hostile traffic.

I provide the site "as is". To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses arising from your use of it — including any decision you make based on AI output. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for things the law says can't be limited.

I may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on the site for a reasonable period.
