About our finance service

1. Who we are, and who regulates us

Bobi.car Limited is an Appointed Representative of Automotive Compliance Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The FCA is the independent body that regulates financial services — you can use the details below to check us on the FCA Register.

2. The service we provide

We are a credit broker, not a lender.

We're not an independent financial adviser and we don't act for you. We won't give you advice or recommendations — it's up to you to decide whether any agreement we offer is suitable for your needs.

We work with one finance partner:

• Hire Purchase (HP)
• Personal Contract Purchase (PCP)

They may offer different products, and we have different arrangements with each — so the offer we tell you about may be influenced by those arrangements, and we may be paid different amounts of commission depending on who we introduce you to.

When you apply, you're introduced to Evolution Funding / My Car Credit, and their own terms then also apply. It's worth reading their Initial Disclosure and Privacy Notice.

You're not obliged to accept our recommendations or to take any finance product. There may be other providers offering similar finance, and you're free to arrange your own or shop around — you may get a better deal elsewhere. It's your decision: make up your own mind, and ask us anything you need to, before entering into any agreement. 3. How we're paid

You pay us nothing. If we introduce you for a finance product, we will not charge a fee for making the introduction to My Car Credit, however the commission received by both parties impacts the amount you pay.

Instead, we usually receive a commission from the lender or credit broker we introduce you to. It's usually one of:

• A fixed fee — either the same for every introduction, or based on your credit score (which we don't decide).
• A percentage of what you borrow — borrow more and we're paid more. The percentage may be fixed, or vary by your credit score (which we don't decide).

We can't influence the commission amount, but it may differ depending on the lender you're introduced to by Evolution. The commission we and Evolution receive impacts the amount you pay under your finance agreement. Before we propose you to Evolution, we will seek your consent to receiving this commission. You will be advised of the likely commission amount in good time before you sign your finance agreement. My Car Credit will also confirm the amount of commission that they receive.

5. Your information

We handle your information securely and use it only to find and arrange your finance. To do that, we share it with Evolution Funding / My Car Credit (and the lenders they work with) to check your eligibility and process any application.
